      Team Lead was willing to work with you on hours and obstacles that may arise.

      Pay rate is not as advertised and even then they could not get the pat rate to correspond with what I was informed the pay rate was suppose to be.

      Pay could be better. No raises the past 2 years. Wear and tear on your personal vehicle. Very poor communication from corporate.
