Pros
1. True flexible scheduling. You make your own schedule within parameters. 2. No micromanaging, but resources available when needed. This has singlehandedly been my favorite job. My manager has been quick to acknowledge and thank me for my work. She asked my side of an issue when one was brought to her attention instead of taking the other side immediately. I have been given ample guidance and corrections in a very constructive manner to increase my efficiency and compliance. The company is consistently sending out career opportunities to those within the company, as well as being very transparent in their operations and business outlooks to those on all levels. I appreciate this, as it gives me a sense of belonging.
Cons
1. Pay is a bit low. 2. More on hands training would be beneficial 3. Sometimes hours are low and that makes the pay even worse.
