      Pros

      Tries hard to look after staff. Lots of fun activities planned, good communication, some really nice people who are keen to support each other and customers.

      Cons

      Some very average and slightly arrogant senior leaders. Not enough staff, so workload is huge and pay and benefits are not great. Holidays and pension are poor compared to other employers.lack of staff training and high expectations so many staff leave after a short period of time.

      Pros

      Been working for Mosaic for 1 year and have 20 yrs experience in Merchandising. Mosaic is the best company I have worked for in the trade. Well organised, straight forward you always know were you are going. Supervisor is great, you are treated like a human and not a machine.

      Cons

      Pay could be a bit higher.
