Cons

One drawback is the periods of reduced hours. The work hours across different months may pose difficulties because it can be a slower month. Meaning not getting a lot of calls that month.

Very collaborative work-place where I feel like I get my voice heard and make an impact. Management does their best to create safe work environments where reps can represent their clients to the best of their ability.

Cons

It can be tough to navigate a career path due to the amount of different organizations under the umbrella. It's up to individuals to carve out that path themselves, though I know managers who are willing to help with this as well.
