Progressive company that cares about their employees. Opportunity for advancement due to the continuous growth. Fast paced and busy work environment while maintaining a focus on employee engagement and social activities for those that want to join. Acosta is an international company that still feels local.

I love working for Acosta, I feel like I can help bring our brands forward. By making our products front and center I have seen sales sky rocket.

Cons

It can be difficult to feel supported, both in store and by our managers. Store because they don't truly see our value and by our managers because feedback can be hard to get
