      Pros

      You will be challenged as fires flare up daily.

      Cons

      1. terrible communication between teams and stakeholders. 2. low national pay rate. 3. constant reorganization with layoffs and transfers to new departments with holes in the hierarchy structure.

      There isn't one that I can think of.

      Cons

      Where do I start? Use of own vehicle with limited reimbursement. Severe micromanaging. Upper management good at giving direction from the luxury of Their home. You work more than 8 hours but can't put in OT.. No lunch break. I'm too old to leave now

      Pros

      The organization as a whole shows potential to be that company to work for, but with each competitor it acquires, they do not transfer over the "core values" they brag about. They do offer employee appreciation, if you know how to find the website it's on and actually have a manager who knows and shares enthusiasm to do so. Most of the departments are solid and have great managers and training..... most.

      Cons

      Low pay (pays well BELOW market value), no hours, will never have a secure job with the company due to random forced transfers to new companies acquired and random layoffs, no real conflict resolution with new management from acquired companies due to no training for said new managers, NO CHANCE OF ADVANCEMENT.
