Pros

There really are non, used to be flexibility and convenient hours to work around a family or second job (which you will need working for Acosta) but they restructured YET AGAIN and now you are micro managed to death. No flexibility anymore.

Cons

Micro management at its worst. Horrible pay and managers who take all the credit for your hard work.

Pros

- Overnight hours were great for me because I'm a college student

Cons

- The hours were unstable, so you could never really plan out expenses until payday - Management was always hard to get a hold of - Management was incompetent at times - Sometimes, the employees and managers of the stores you worked in treated me like crap - NO PAY RAISES!!! -No opportunity for advancement - High turnover

Pros

i got to meet new people everyday and also they have good benefits for full time employees. its pretty independent i didnt see my unit mgr often

Cons

there are no raises at all and the mileage reimbursement keeps being reduced more and more. they were overwhelming with adding so many new stores to my route while wanting everything done in the same amount of time
