Pros

Independence to do the job

Cons

To start the compensation is low. From day 1, the communication is awful. If you been in industry prior , you can probably fumble your way through to figure out what is expected of you in the role. Wear and tear on vehicle not worth it. When they offer you the job at low pay, if you counter with your experience.. they meet your offer. They appear desperate Don’t forget you hired to represent a brand, once Acosta looses the contract, you are let go. You working basically on a yearly basis. Health benefits cost a lot . In end, what you are paid does not cover expenses!

Pros

Management style, remote working, flexibility

Cons

Perks are limited, PTO time is very limited too. Even the Friday after Thanksgiving - you need to use your PTO. Only 7 days paid holidays per year.
