Pros

Work independently, decent benefits.

Cons

No raise in four years. What they ask you to do, you should be making $65k and up. Asking their merchandisers to be sales people, but paying a low merchandiser wage. If you're good at your job, no bonuses, no raises. So, why bother? You will destroy your vehicle. Auto reimbursement does not cover expenses, not even close. They want professional people, without paying for it.

Pros

Flexible scheduling... (I have to have 5 words here, but there is nothing left to say...)

Cons

Due to no one actually having job security outside of corporate positions. No raises Gas expenses are reimbursed, and the rate keeps decreasing Flaky management that is rare able to contact you back in a reasonable time on any issue Lazy inter-company communications/interactions Poor scheduling (Some jobs are added at 5-6 days beforehand, most of mine were 1-3 days) No accountability among management Unable to follow or at least tread closely to their "company values"
