Pros

Higher pay than going to a retailer or low-entry-level job. They job is also super easy as long as you are semi-intelligent and sociable. I enjoy the work, but the management is a joke.

Cons

You are a child, and you are not given any trust. I'm surprised they'll send you any sort of electronic device for work, despite thinking you can't even handle showing up on time to the job. There is no work-life balance, and more and more tasks are added every week because some employees can't control themselves, and the entire group suffers. If they keep adding tasks to do, you end up turning a part time job into a full time job, just in the ridiculous tasks they require you to do on the day-to-day and before a shift. It's a little bit of a joke. They hire inept employees and even more inept managers and treat them all like crap, so no one cares how the others are treated. Moreover, god forbid you have an issue with a paycheck reaching you. You will not see them for another 4-6 weeks, depending on the HR person's level of interest in helping you at any given moment. They will never answer the phone, and they will never return your phone call. Out of ~15 phone calls to the HR dept., ONE call has been returned. I'm not sure how they are able to run as a company, but somehow they are still in business.

Pros

part-time if you don't need to work and not concerned with money and just want something to do

Cons

low pay, wear/tear on car, low-gas mileage compensation; They try to cheat you out of pay and spread out your days and hours so they DON'T have to pay any overtime in CA. Something that takes 3 days, they will consume your entire week if you let them. Constantly adding new tasks that you don't sign up for; for example, I was hired for strictly scanning with a device in Walmart stores and this turned into a cooler stocking job and grocery stocking job which is not something I care to do at all, might as well get a job at Walmart... Just overall shit-ty company...AVOID
