Pros

The job is very flexible and depend on your supervisor, family is important. It's easy work if you know what you're doing and know how to read a POG. past 2 years they have given us Christmas bonuses. Not much but unexpected which is better than nothing.

Cons

No raises. Hire too many people who have never seen a POG before and the expect us to teach them. They hire people at the same pay as people who have been there for years.

Pros

The business is growing, and new clients outnumber lost clients. There is opportunity to move up, but the key here is to gain experience. No-one was ever let go to my knowledge.

Cons

Pay raises are earned through promotions only. However, you can negotiate your own deal on the go-in. All upper management came from food brokers tha wer acquired by Acosta, and those people have contracts.
