Pros

It's was a job that I love before they change ir.

Cons

No money, never pay you on sales bonus and if they do they take 15% for them than you pay taxes , so the amount in your paycheck just covers the taxes . work overtime and don't get pay

Pros

You get 10 Vac days 5 sick and 5 personal for a total of 20 days to use throughout the year. The company has Christmas Party and a Summer Outing every year. There is a chance to get a bonus at the end of the year based on your performance.

Cons

Disconnect btw sales team and sales support team. Alot of red tape within this organization making this position difficult at times. India is taking over our jobs as we know them today however we have been told this should not affect our employment. Our roles will just be different than they are today.
