Pros

I enjoy working for Acosta and have gained a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge in the short time that I have worked for them. The thing that is most important to me is that I have had some very bad experiences with management and supervisors that put a bad taste in my mouth. But my supervisor that I have now at Acosta is wonderful. He is patient, understanding, forth coming, knowledgeable, honest, and respectful. But in return, he expects us to do our job, respect him, be reliable, consistent, and dependable. As long as we give that to him, he will provide us the leadership and management that we need to get our job done. I love Acosta but I wish I made more money.

Cons

The only downfall is that we are required to travel quite a bit but do not make very much money. Due to the travel, I have to get a rental vehicle and that really makes the amount of money that I make be even less.

Pros

It is a godd solid company. Flexible scheduling for some jobs. Potential for growth if you are coming in from college The company is Nationwide and in Canada so you can go anywhere.

Cons

Raises are few and far between Communication is in need of improvement Salary is not as good as it should be Senior Management promises to much to the clients, but the lower management and teams have difficulty fulfilling those promises and expectations because there are not enough people to get the job done properly. Improvements are needed in the technology of systems within the company. Some systems are slow and antiquated. Training systems are in place, but I feel they are not adequate and people are rushed through them too quickly.
