Pros

Good place for a someone new in CPG who is self learner and looking to gain experience. My department is flexible in understanding employee needs to take time off from work/ work from home. Experience varies by department and the Manager.

Cons

However don't expect you pay to be matching similar position offered by manufacturers or retailers. No structured training as per my experience.

Pros

Acosta is a stable company with a fiscally responsible management team. The people at Acosta are great to work with. The executive management team is visible and accessible. Acosta offers the opportunity to relocate if desired, but doesn't typically require it. Offers great training platform.

Cons

Compensation, including the benefits package, is competitive, but on the low end. Reimbursement for mileage is low.

Pay scale weak Expects more than they know you can deliver Not enough time given to do the best job I know I can deliver Uses too much technoloy when labor would be of more benefit.
