Pros

Acquire has been an open door to learning the ins & outs of business. You are able to see what it takes to run a successful business while given the opportunity to advance and gain invaluable experience. I came in looking to gain experience in marketing & sales and they have helped me develop personally and professionally. The leadership team has always made themselves available to help with questions or discuss my progress!

Cons

The downsides are relative. This is a merit-based company, so hard work and dedication to growth are required. If you are looking for a clock-in/clock-out job or don't want to take the initiative to learn, this may not be the best fit.

Coworkers are easy to work with and fun to be around all day. management invests in their employees. Clients are pleasant to work with

Cons

had to learn to get comfortable being uncomfortable starting in a client facing role but ultimately i was looking to work with people and get out from behind a desk and computer so it’s been a great learning experience and i think i am a better employee because of it

Not the job for someone just looking for a paycheck. this is a job for someone looking to work hard and invest in themselves and starting their career. Someone looking for how to work with clientele and build relationships from the ground up
