Pros

Some people on my team were so amazing to work with, they deserved better.

Cons

TOXIC environment. Turnover rate was high and people would get fired left and right. There was so much drama and trainers sleeping with other people and one girl got fired because of a little love triangle going on. The morning meetings are just stories made up about owning yachts and stuff to give you the false impression that you will become as "successful" if you put in hard work but I was told those heartfelt stories are fake and are told just to "hype people up." They have secret shoppers and if you're unfortunate to be caught on your phone right when they're there out of the 6 hours you've been harping on people to buy your product, you're fired. You do get a $50 bonus though if the secret shoppers give you a good rating, but I never received mine. This place is literally a joke.

Dear Reviewer, Based on the information shared in this review, we believe it has been over a year ago you worked with our team. Nonetheless, you must have had a lot of time to reflect on your experience. We do hold our employees to professional standards and before there is a termination, we will make every effort to address any concerns with the employee. In the example you gave, we are unaware of occurring. We cannot be in all territories at once, so we hire a team to help us recognize those doing a great job. Secret shoppers are a requirement of our clientele. If doing your job properly it shouldn’t be an issue. Additionally, our management training program focuses on every aspect of our business which includes team development, recruiting and onboarding, sales, marketing, and client acquisition. There is a structure in place to make sure goals are met. Your belief in "sales quota" contradicts our program and development. We hate that you felt it "was a joke" and wish you the best in your future endeavors! -Acquire Careers Department

Pros

Sales experience If you are under Mr. Schuch you learn a lot and he is a good person. They demand good behavior and mentality. They give out nice bonuses (entirely on sales performance).

Cons

Hope that you are under Mr. Schuch, I was not. The other boss is not it, but thinks he is. Their training program makes you work 20h a week off the clock that you don't get paid for. You have high personal expenses (gas/events) that you also don't get paid for. You have to be really good at Sales, if you are not, it's almost minimum wage and hard work No matter where you are on the corporate ladder, if you are not good in sales THIS IS NOT FOR YOU! Fancy on the outside, empty promises on the inside. They want you to expand their chain and promote that you will be the CEO of your company, nice but not worth it. I have seen so many fail and the turnover rate here is absurdly high. If you are good at sales you make 40K-50K, have no life outside this and work as much as for 2 jobs. You are a salesperson and do the training, hiring and communication for entire teams. They also write reviews about themselves, so be careful what you believe.

Dear Reviewer, We appreciate your feedback regarding our CEO and the professional standards we hold our team too. It's our aim to run a positive and structured business, both with external image and internal development. Our full-time positions are around 40 hours and do offer overtime pay. We do encourage outside participation in professional development opportunities such as corporate and charity events. The opportunities are not mandatory but are voluntary off the clock to increase the culture and upbeat atmosphere. Our training program is successful for those willing to put in the hard work and accept the support from our management team. We do wish that you had taken opportunities to speak with our CEO or administrative team about your concerns. Best of luck in your next position!
