Pros

This company values sincere candor, competitive greatness, and unimpeachable character, which are all traits that are important to me also. Founders and leaders work really well together and they communicate consistently to the rest of the team. Love it here!

Cons

I have nothing negative to say. We're growing, so the issues that exist are things like process refinement and systems that are not yet mature - which are to be expected from a new and growing start-up. You know what they say - Rome wasn't built in a day!
