Pros

Acquity has the remains of a great culture. It is a fast moving, challenging place to work. You'll come across some very, very bright people.

Cons

The founders sold to Accenture and have left. Farewell emails come in every other Friday. The people that have stuck around have to deal with the transition to Accenture, whose culture couldn't be more different. Enjoy using a cheap Dell, doing a PPA on a WBS for TPS reports, and having your projects run by people that have no experience in your field.

- Very little communication from Upper Management on why certain decisions are made. -Poor project management and the project and those working to meet the deadline suffer - Almost no way to get utilization high enough to get a bonus
