      Beautiful facility, great management team, fun culture! Good benefit package with many options.

      Pros

      Benefits were decent. Contributions to local charities and the community outreach was exceptional. They was always free food and fun activities to enhance morale and teamwork. Nice building that is environmentally friendly.

      Cons

      Selfish leadership with big egos. New ideas are not welcome. If you are a "yes" person, you will do well here. If you want to have influence, best to try to get into a more forward-thinking organization. At Acrisure, the chosen leaders make the decisions and come up with the ideas. You do the busy work and keep your mouth shut. Favoritism runs deep. And don't trust anyone. But a few people are wonderful. And they make going to work less difficult.

      Pros

      Great company to work for! They care about their employees and it shows. Wine Sergi strives to create a work/life balance for everyone. The workload is large and there is never a dull moment but in my opinion this is job security.

      Cons

      Work load is very demanding. If you are not efficient and organized you could struggle. WS could definitely benefit with hiring one or two more clerical associates.
