I spent my last few months getting bullied by my manager who was talking behind my back about me to other coworkers. Completely unprofessional. The upper management also drove my team into the ground by allowing below average performance and rewarding those who shut their mouths and accepted the horrible mismanagement of our team. I have never experienced 1) such trauma/bullying and 2) such low quality work in a workplace during my entire career.

Space to grow and education available. I'm hopeful that they're working through lots of procedures and things to make work like between offices.

Cons

A growing company who is learning step by step what adjustments need to be made. Pay was a bit on the low side.
