      Good opportunity for producers but disorganized at times

      Pros

      Good learning, networking, and income opportunities for producers (i.e commerical and employee benefits) Good health benefits unlimited PTO My managers and coworkers are super supportive, kind, easy going chill culture It's essentially building a business within a business. You get a solid base + comm Can network with partners like our payroll 401k co Ok technology and systems

      Cons

      Can be disorganized when it comes to training, expectations etc. Managers have their own clients and can be tough to reach at times Had tons of layoffs with support accounting etc making it chaotic and volatile at times It's a good role for entrepreneurial people but if you need direction and hand holding its not the best role Pretty much all outbound dialing and prospecting
