Pros

Being able to say I was employed and I want to make It very clear this is not about ANY employees in the North Andover office, they are the only reason I stayed as long as I did. I’ve made life long friends and I’m grateful for that.

Cons

Acrisure purchases small mom & pop Agencies, promising NOTHING will change and that is all a LIE to get the purchase. EVERYTHING has changed, in the corporate world you’re just a number.

Ultimately an unstable environment for all

Pros

- Unlimited PTO - Good culture (depending on what team you're on)

Cons

- Constant unease of "will I have this job next month" due to many many reorgs both departmentally and company-wide - C-Suite that doesn't understand what the 'ground floor' does. Berating us and telling "when I was a kid" stories to get us to understand "how good we have it".

Pros

Nothing to brag about. Simple benefits

Cons

How can you list open positions but layoff so many and not try to place them somewhere else.
