The office is nice and in a good location.

Cons

Horrible work-life balance - They used to have good work-life balance and flexibility, but no longer in 2025. Remote flexibility drastically decreased and overtime is often 'strongly encouraged' (mandatory). Horrible leadership, horrible communication. Pay does not correlate to workload. Expect to be underpaid, underappreciated, and overworked. They pride themselves on offering "room to grow", but offer zero career visibility and rarely give out promotions (including minor ones).

The people who I work with directly are great. PTO is a flexible "unlimited" system (people take around 4+ weeks. Sick time is great too

Cons

Compensation Higher ups do not listen or care It feels like they're trying to get people to leave so they can be replaced with contract workers
