Pros

There are some very talented people here. Most Managers do have their employees best interest at heart and gives the employees an opportunity to grow with the company

Cons

Along with great leaders, comes the not so great ones. Management in Marketing Integration Division was intolerable. We promoted a Sr.Manager who could barely control her own emotional outbursts. Micromanaged every great team member away and finally left the company with a mess for everyone else to clean up

Pros

Somewhat laid back atmosphere - they always had food available but all the "vultures" who were upper management would come in first and make plates to take home before you could even get a snack

Cons

Mostly everything. No real transparency between management and employees. They say they will take what you say and try to make changes but that is just lip service. Keeping things from employees is not a good strategy
