For the quality of talent that came through the company's doors and the loyalty and dedication from employees to provide success, I felt there
was little recognition and/or appropriate advancement for work efforts and achievements, and the pay was severely below market/industry wages.
- Recognized as an "incubator" company:
People would work there for a couple of years to gain experience/knowledge, then leave for another company that offered competitive market salaries.
- Huge disparity in job compensation:
An employee would make double the salary of another individual in the same job and possess similar or less experience and qualifications, and overall contribute less to position objectives.
- Perceived Partiality:
Some employees seemed to advance quite quickly over others who possessed more experience, time at company, company/product knowledge and recognized work contributions.
- Leadership is NOT driving Innovation nor developing staff for future growth.
- Lack of internal training process and communication.
- Sometimes felt stuck with little-to-no advancement opportunities available.
