      Pros

      Great team members and work environment. People are very friendly. Consistently events to boost employee morale across the company. Resources are fantastic as well and people seem to really want to help you succeed.

      Good company to work for and bad manamgement

      Pros

      People work hard and enjoy good with company sponsored activities like picnics and other things good learning curve on the job with a lot of talented people to guide you

      Cons

      1) management shows partiality on some employees only. Whoever gets hired and gets fired is as per those few group of ladies and nothing goes beyond them. 2) micromanagement by the higher management. You cannot even write an email or document without review

      Working at ActioNet is like walking across a mine field. You might walk unwittingly through the mines and think everything is fine. Or you might step on one through no fault of your own. ActioNet shoots its wounded.
