      Pros

      Decent work life balance, but not much else.

      Cons

      Since they graduated out of a small business, there's no real strategy or vision to successfully attack the large business world. Owner and much of Sr. Management is out of touch with the employee base. Way too much turnover, close to 20% which is absurd. This company will crash sooner rather than later...their current style won't survive as a large business.

      Good compensation, decent benefits and nice colleagues at work.

      Cons

      Cursory concern for employees.. Clients and upper management are foremost, workers are dispensable as and when needed.

      Actionet provides decent pay along with fairly good health benefits for the size of the company; internal training is offered but nothing that matches a training organization

      Cons

      Leadership tends to focus on pleasing the client vs protecting the employees; lots of jocking for position with in executive management
