      Pros

      I've been an IT consultant for over 30 years and I can't think of a single worthy pro. Free food just doesn't cut it for me.

      Cons

      Owner simply cares about profit. Customers and employees are secondary. The owner will lie and mistreat staff and the VP is spineless. Shame on them! The persistent petty rumors and the toxic, immature environment was breathtaking. Don't be fooled by their monetary success. They lie on proposals, they lie to customers, and they lie to staff. When they "low-ball" a proposal, only employees get stiffed.

      Nothing to say any positive things.

      Actionet offered job and never gave me start date for last one year. They did my background and inquired about me at client manger and my employer, finally they did not come back with start date as they did not win the bid for the project. After actionet made background checks my employer offered me bigger roles and raise, but I did not accept as I am leaving my current job to join Actionet. Now I am continued with same client for the same role. These guys damaged my credibility and trust with my client.!. Bad thing is they did not respond for emails what was happening. I was interested to join this company as they offered me to work from home option, that made me to notice my current apartment in new Hampshire and signed to move Texas did another mess up my plans. I have lost financially, mentally with attitude of this company!.

      VERY weak management. Favorites awarded even if incompetent and those that fall out of favor are left to clean up.
