Cartel mindset, sinking ship

Pros

The paycheck came on time. Worked with some genuinely good people

Cons

It starts at the top, where top management is out-of-touch, neurotic, suspicious, greedy, and ruthless. This attitude permeates the entire company (especially the corporate office) and results in a culture of backstabbing, surveillance, and anxiety. It's really quite remarkable how bad it is, but customers are starting to vote with their feet en masse and separate from what most have come to realize is a contractor that values dollars over its people and current clients at every turn.

Pros

Unfortunately there are few pros from my perspective. Events put on by the company aren't bad. Sorry just not a whole lot here to speak on in terms of positive items. Enjoyed the culture somewhat but I attribute that to the people who I worked with.

Cons

Management is borderline delusional and very out of touch with employees. They aren't bad people but have never said no to anything. Management basically dumps work on you and then doesn't support you at all. They have lost excellent resources and continue to wonder why people keep leaving. Work life balance is non existent and there is no concern over this. Transparency is completely non existent. Have asked management direct questions in which my hope was they would give me valid info. Found that almost every time they will lie to keep you happy. Stressful. Change adverse. Very closed mined to new ideas. "Their way or the highway" mentality. Sinking ship.
