      Many of the employees are some of the most hard working people and are team players through and through

      Unfortunately, those hard working people are often guided by managers who stretch the truth, disregard major issues, and work their teams to the point of exhaustion to make up for their shortcomings. In turn, the managers are rewarded for the work of their teams, when many don't even involve themselves in the day to day work of their employees.
