none that I can think of. I worked for many contractors and this was the worst bar none.

Cons

If you were carried over from another contract any upward mobility is now gone. Get your resume ready and prepare to leave. Actionet exemplifies the word cronyism. Training is non existent. People are promoted by who is friends with who. Almost zero communication between management and employees. Pay raises are non existent. The company has been known to do "network maintenance" on items like time sheet systems in the middle of the day. I saw many new hires discover the job that was described to them was vastly different than the actual job. Sexism is rampant.

Positive working environment with a supportive management structure. Management is relatively hands off, which provides opportunities for those with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Cons

Very little opportunities for professional growth.

Nothing bad to say about the company. They do require some travel, but it is at will.
