      Pros

      I have had great interactions with my team, with project managers, and executive members. I have had great team support since DAY one. I am able to share my opinions and ideas. Training and growth are encouraged!

      Cons

      There is room for improvements in my department. I believe with time and the continued support of my team we will hash out those little grey areas. I look forward to being part of this!

      There are none. Run away.

      I dont know who they paid for all their good reviews but I would not recommend this company to anyone. The owner micro-manages the entire company and leads without any care for the employee. Her reputation in the government contracting world is awful which is why they can't win contracts. Merit increases are embarrassing at best. Stay away.

      Pros

      All employees treat each other with respect and friendliness. There's no backbiting or throwing under the bus between departments, which is something I've observed in other workplaces. It's refreshing to be a part of this team.

      There is limited outside of the team/contract.
