      Pros

      Company showed great promise in developing outstanding portfolio of IDIQs. But that's the only good thing that I can say.

      Cons

      dishonest, viperous management. Chen is a vulgar, smutty, deranged manager. She has lost respect throughout the industry -- customers, subcontractors, employees alike. Many highly regarded employees have left. The common expression from the trade -- "if you get close to Chen, watch your wallet."

      Pros

      Good opportunities to expand scope, responsibilities and get involved in areas that interest you. Good training, always running certification programs. Sponsor many employee recreational activities

      Cons

      Long hours, lots of work, multiple ongoing tasks at the same time make it difficult to do your best work on all tasks - but everyone understands the workload.

      Pros

      If you are a hard worker your performance will be noticed. The good people are kept around and given fair increases and promotions if available. Management allows for flexible work schedules. Benefits and pay are competitive among the industry and a lot of PTO is offered. A great atmosphere to work in. Co-workers are friendly and management provides the necessary tools for you to be successful.

      Cons

      Merit and referral reward system could use improvement as well as annual bonuses to those deserving. Occasional win parties for big contract wins.
