Centrally located downtown , full time employment, there are some good hard working people there.

Cons

Small company with a small good ole boy mentality. No minorities in Management or money making positions. Management clicky, Management sucks. Most employees come from the same little town. Definitely not a lot of minorities working there. Even though they are supposedly minority owned. i disagree!

Top-heavy, too many upper managers. Must relocate to headquarters to advance. No training for those working thru the ranks.
