Pros
Company puts you in contact with a lot of great people who can become good starting points for a future job hunt. Pay is good if you need a 2 day a week job.
Cons
Can't survive with only getting a paycheck from Actionlink. Instability throughout the company. Insane nepotism and favoritism. Arrogance of some Brand Advocates creates a bad image. Very little chance of advancement.
