Pros

-Non-commission based sales role - Part-time work on weekends - Easy work - No micromanagement - No enforced sales quotas, just goals to aim for

Cons

- part time - subject to Best Buy manager's attitude more than Action link's (you work in their store as a 3rd party rep - No sunday time and a half - No commissions on sales

Pros

Work life balance No one on your back Get to see new products and displays

Cons

Inconsistent hours-very part time depends on the contracts and season. Don’t depend on this as a sole means of income. Drive-time between stores sometimes makes it not worth the hassle. Especially in the Bay Area.

Pros

I loved working for Action Link as an Intel Rep. My manager was incredible. I loved the autonomy of basically being my own boss. I enjoyed traveling to different retail establishments and meeting new people.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say. When their contract ended with Intel, I decided to do something other than retail.
