The Regional Manager that worked for was great. He is always available and your biggest cheerleader. Very positive person.

Cons

The reimbursements for travel are ridiculously low.

Its truly a fun job. Its a job in which one can gain much work experience and new skills.

Cons

The pay is awful. If you are working with Action Link, expect poor pay and 10 hours a week.

Small environment everyone got along. Works around your school schedule if need be. Laid back environment management is good also

Cons

No job security. I was laid off after 6 months and before I was let go a manager of 20 years was let go after a failed project in which both of us worked 12 plus hours a day to make sure we reached a deadline!
