      Pros

      You get 6 sick days for every 6 month period. Also if can't work your whole shift for some reason as long as you work 4 hours of it it won't count against your sick days. So if you need something part time that is very flexible this is a good position. Also the work isn't difficult. It's retail without the worst parts of working retail.

      Cons

      Not much other than the fact that it's only 2-3 days a week. Also there's no benefits other than some coupons. Not even a discount on the product.
