      Pros

      The people are friendly and welcoming. Weekly Friday "huddles" to keep everyone informed - Cow bell and all! (Every place needs more cow bell....) ActionLink is on the cutting edge of technology, and constantly seeks to expand its area of expertise.

      Cons

      Knee jerk reaction to everything. Little pre-planning. Everything is putting out fires. The company needs to look more at worked previously than try and reinvent the wheel every time a new program starts.

      "OK" for high schoolers living at home

      Pros

      The pay is good per hour ($11-13). Even part time reps get Medical.

      Cons

      You will be promised one thing but given another. I was promised 20 hours of paid training, but only received pay for 10 hours. Then, I was promised 10-20 hours of work a week, but I only averaged 4 hours a week in the first month.
