Dreadfully low base hourly wage, especially so since they do not reimburse gas expenses for first 30 miles of daily travel. Job visits are paid pro rated for exactly the time you are in store. Most visits are around 30 minutes, so you end up making very little. I calculated that if I do less than 4 store visits a day actually am out of pocket. Very high turnver of staff, not surprising.
