Work from home, the ability to work at your on pace. Always work available. Supervisors are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

Sometime there's a lack of communication with certain projects at times.

Pros

Many benefits: company car with a gas card, company phone, computer and internet, and medical and dental benefits. Great management, training, and work/home balance.

Cons

There are not many full-time positions within the company to move up to. Employees only start out (at least in my position) with 5 days PTO. Also, no profit sharing, bonuses, or 401K.
