Pros
The pros are that you get to have a lot of freedom in choosing your own schedule as long as it fits within the dates and times that the work has to be done in. District Managers are kind and appreciate when hard work is put in. Travel trips give you a rental car, hotel, and reimburse gas and meals.
Cons
Depending on where you are located you might not have many opportunities as a part time employee. If you decide to do travel work they will work you to your grave often allotting overtime for overly packed schedules. If you are full time your drive time counts as part of your hours and pays you a MUCH different rate than your working rate.
