      Pros

      Good pay for relatively easy work. Most supervisors to not breathe down your neck. Good experience with sales.

      Cons

      Unhelpful trainings. Not much knowledge is required of you so I've meet other reps who were embarrassingly clueless about the product they were selling.

      I worked on a Panasonic project that was administered in my region by a very talented, humanistic individual. With him around our region went from last to first...

      Cons

      After about a year they got rid of the aforementioned manager and replaced him with two others who made a total mess of it. They now are called agnostic (really) managers, a completely wrong use of the word, which gives you a hint of the education level for senior management.
