      Flexible schedule, that's about it.

      Cons

      Low pay for the technical work that they want you to do of setting up sometimes heavy electronic equipment at best buy. They probably get paid 200 per set up or more and pay you 15 a hr to do it.

      Autonomy, lots of friendly interaction with customers/clientele, and manageable workload.

      Cons

      Autonomy to the post of where it can feel isolated on the job - could be a con for some that's why I'm listing it but I felt motivated by this independence.
