Pros
5* management, at least in my chain. I had consistent support from above and was made to feel comfortable reaching out for anything. I also felt I was trusted to build a team around myself
Cons
Store management was wildly varied. There were several managers I got along with very well, I could go to them for concerns despite being technically a guest. Other managers came in later and pushed to clear out all old employees, the staff turnover was nearly 50% over 6 months because of the new managers. They would create situations to fire people or remove support to pressure people to move on.
