In terms of pay instead of getting set shifts you get assigned "projects" which they give *close* but not exactly an hour in order to underpay you. Driving time is erratic and can take an entire day.

I don't think there were any cons. As it was a very nice place to work until the pandemic hit, it's the only reason why i'm no longer employed because of the pandemic
