Pros

The company is very organized, compared to other marketing companies I have worked for. Management is absolutely fantastic! The pay obviously differs depending on experience but I can say that the pay is great in my eyes.

Cons

The only con for working as a representative is that you do not have much room to excel. This wasn't a con for me, it was actually amazing, but for some people it may be: Most jobs are only on the weekends.

Pros

pay was good and so was the commission.

Cons

Got hired into new program. Recruiter told me job was stable for at least one full year. Three months later Contract was terminated. Entire program was ended. It was not the fault of the ActionLink it was the client that was being served decided to end the contract.

Pros

I have no positive things to say about this company other than I met some nice people. DO NOT TRUST HUMAN RESOURCES AT ALL.

Cons

I am writing to inform the public about this unethical company. There was an average of 150 people that was either fired or resigned EACH MONTH. This company is extremely disorganized and there is a lot of retaliation towards new employees from older employees. Management is in complete denial. I care about people and I wouldn't recommend this company for anyone. The field jobs are underpaid and they mislead people. They set limits on retail sites for 2 hours and will only pay you 2 hours even if it takes 3-4. Just be aware of this. And you could travel up to 30-45 minutes to a site. You will NOT get paid for this. I worked 70-80 PER WEEK and only got paid for 40. DO NOT TAKE A SALARY JOB AT THIS COMPANY. Review the court hearings. This company has been taken to court several times for not paying employees for worked hours.
