Pros

The people are great. If you have a good manager, you can get some solid promotions and raises. Lots of fun on-campus events.

Cons

Pretty much standard gaming industry downsides: Multiple big layoffs each year, salaries aren’t great because they know they can get away with underpaying people who are passionate about their games, certain teams have a reputation of being very involved with “bro culture.”

Place is a mess, especially HR

Pros

Salary is pretty high, but you definitely pay for it in other ways

Cons

Just about everything. Leadership is disjointed and everyone suffers as a result. Lots of 'do this or leave or get fired' from the C-suite that gets trickled down.

Pros

Flexible work environment (2 days / week in office], great leadership, good work/life balance and perks

Cons

Sometimes difficult to operate in a Global matrix organization with HQ based in the US while being based in London
