      Pros

      Not too much crunch time in our studio, I cannot speak for others though. My manager respects me and cares about my career path. People are nice.

      Cons

      Production team is somewhat micro-managing people's working hours. Do feel like women's voice are harder to be hear Plus the lawsuit is real, my friends in here experience something like that although not fatal, but still sad to hear
