      Pros

      The testers are really nice and come from diverse backgrounds, so there’s a lot of cultural exchange. People are friendly and it’s a good vibe among the team.

      Cons

      Opportunities for growth within the company are quite limited. Many employees face uncertainty regarding their future, as permanent positions are uncommon. I’ve seen highly dedicated and high-performing colleagues not being retained, which was disappointing considering their potential and commitment.

      it went downhill after Microsoft offered to buy the company; everything frozen for years then mass layoffs when acquisition was completed
